Itinerary
Depart Alice Springs on the Desert Wanderer coach for morning journey to Uluru (Ayers Rock). A unique stop at ‘Jim's Place' to learn about the singing dingo. A late morning snack provided en route near Mt Connor. Sand dunes, salt lakes, desert oaks, cattle stations, rivers and mulga country make for a great overland journey. On arrival visit Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park Cultural Centre, guided base walk or climb Uluru (Ayers Rock), visit nearby Kata Tjuta (The Olgas), photograph the sunset on Uluru as you enjoy a buffet dinner and ‘bubbly'. Evening return journey to Alice Springs with entertaining Australian movie. Opportunity to purchase supper at Mt Ebenezer and view a magnificent indigenous art gallery, maybe spot a camel, kangaroo and other wildlife on our evening journey. Today is a cultural and informative experience.
